Social Media Marketing

Social media marketing can be divided into two main services: Social Media Management and Social Media Advertising. Please review the information below to learn more about each service.

Social Media Management (SMM)

Social media management is what we call organic content. SMM encompasses day-to-day tasks, including posting to the feed, establishing rapport, and engaging with your community through comments/messages.

Social Media Advertising (SMA)

Social media advertising is paid content. SMA covers all social media content that is being sent to targeted audiences with specific goals in mind (brand awareness, leads, etc.) by using additional funding. SMA is done through each social media platform's ads manager and is set up by your social media marketing manager.

If social media marketing is what your business needs, we almost always recommend budgeting for both SMM and SMA. Both services have Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages that offer a variety of monthly content and customized services. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, please review the add-ons or reach out to me directly for additional information. I look forward to working with you!

DISCLAIMERS:

I mainly work with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If your social media marketing needs are outside of those 3 platforms, we can discuss what that partnership may look like.

Social media marketing is a service that targets the top of the marketing funnel. The top of the marketing funnel tackles raising brand awareness and aims to gain the trust of your potential customers. Usually, it takes someone to come into contact with 7 "touch-points" to make a conversion, such as filling out a lead form or buying a product. A touch-point is anything a potential client can come into contact with that is from your business. For example, a potential client could see one of your business cards. Then they would look at your business's posts on social media. They then could look at your website to learn more about you. They see your business while driving around town... Each of these experiences is considered a touch-point.
