To start services, an onboarding call must take place. This onboarding call will help us establish obtainable marketing goals, branding guidelines, and more. This call can take place via phone call or via Zoom.

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel services. An email notice is acceptable. This 30-day notice allows us to smoothly transition responsibilities to ensure that progress and growth is not hindered or stalled during the transition.
